Public Meeting about Bill 79 and GMOs in Hawaii:

Following a short movie about Genetically Modified Organisms growing in Hawaii, Dr. Valenzuela will give a speech around the effects of GMOs in Hawaii, and to other parts of the entire world. 

Please help Hawaii Island develop into a GMO Free island, and spread the word to obtain additional individuals to testify to get Bill 7-9. You are able to print this out yourself, discuss this report, and give them out to your areas.

Authority member Margaret Willie is likely to be discussing the statement she introduced to the County Council that might prohibit any more introductions of GMO crops o-n Hawaii Island, named Bill 7-9. There'll be discussion and problem time after both of the speakers, to help you discover more and share your views about the GMO issue.
